Junior Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our growing operations in Malta. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various internal teams to help coordinate projects across several business areas.

Assist with project coordination and execution, work with project managers and stakeholders, keep project documentation updated, and monitor project schedules.

Requirements

• Previous experience within a Project Management, Project Coordination, or PMO support role, ideally between 1–3 years
• Experience within the iGaming industry would be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Monday.com
• A certification such as PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, Scrum Master, PSM I, or CSM would be advantageous, though not mandatory
