
Job description
ALS Laboratories are looking for an Administration Assistant to support their Customer Service department at ALS Coventry. The role requires a meticulous attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Scanning and filing of documents, inputting and maintaining data utilizing Excel, booking sample collections and bottle deliveries, responding to inquiries, and providing support functions for Customer Services.
The ideal candidate will have office administrative experience, excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, effective communication skills, and experience with working with various IT systems including MS Office.
