Laboratory Technician

Role Overview

Join ALS as a Laboratory Technician in our Brisbane (Stafford) laboratory, working with the latest analytical technology to deliver quality results and build a healthier future. This role is fast-paced and requires accuracy, with experience in hospitality a plus.

What You Will Do

Prepare and analyze soil, water, and sediment samples, ensuring procedures are followed and tasks are completed efficiently. Highlight anomalies and maintain good laboratory practices.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in the Science industry
• Either TAFE or University qualifications
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
• Dedication to good laboratory practices with regard to quality of results and health and safety
• Flexibility to work public holidays and weekend shifts if required
• Willingness to be cross trained in other sections of the laboratory
