We are looking for an HR Apprentice in Hangenbieten to contribute to the evolution of our work environment and employer branding strategy. As a dynamic and collaborative team, you will work closely with internal teams to develop our employer brand and implement projects related to employee well-being and quality of life at work.

Requirements

• Participating in the development of the employer brand
• Following up on projects focused on quality of life at work and employee well-being
• Helping with the recruitment of interns and non-executive staff
• Managing and following up on the integration of new employees
• Contributing to the administrative management of personnel
• Following up on the management of internal and external training
• Updating and enriching the SharePoint dedicated to Alstom Alsace
• Following and deploying the HR communication plan and RSE actions
• Following up on initiatives related to Job and Career Development Management
• Deploying actions for continuous improvement to optimize our HR processes
