Job Description
We are seeking a Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager to join our team in Belgrade. As a BIM Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration and coordination between civil works and electromechanical installations. You will work closely with teams across the business to define interface control documents, lead the enforcement of BIM good practices, and develop and manage the civil work integration process.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of Civil Work interfaces and integration processes
- Knowledge of BIM methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with CAD and Combined Drawings
- A BIM certification or equivalent qualification
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to lead and monitor enforcement of good practices
