Customer Service Leader

Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering or Industrial fields (Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/E&C Engineering preferred)
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a related field
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Windows & Office environment)
• Basic knowledge of SAP & GSI
• Understanding of train parts, subassemblies, and propulsion systems
• Effective communication and customer-handling skills
• General knowledge of the railway industry (preferred)
• Field exposure to Indian Railways (preferred)
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with DFQ, Quality, and Audit processes
