Job Description
We are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will work on ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and operational use of Alstom's Data Catalog, acting as a bridge between business and data users. The role involves collecting and formalizing user needs, defining functional requirements, and supporting change management and communication activities.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Data Governance and Data Catalog principles
- Basic knowledge or experience with the Collibra platform
- Ability to translate business needs into structured and formalized requirements
- Strong skills in documentation, structuration, and information synthesis
- Ability to prepare and lead workshops and training sessions
- Organized, rigorous, and user-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
