Electronics Maintenance Technician

Apply your electronics expertise to a new cutting-edge field in our team in Rouse Hill, NSW, supporting the maintenance and repairs of electronic systems and associated equipment for Railway projects. As a key role within our Maintenance Services team, you will be primarily responsible for repairing a diverse range of electronic systems from several fleets of trains.

Requirements

• Carrying out routine examinations, fault finding on component level, interrogation, and diagnostic testing on electronic equipment
• Installing system hardware and software upgrades
• Actively maintaining and repairing the test bench and equipment available in the workshop
• Following all established safety procedures, good housekeeping practices and utilize safety equipment as required
• Reporting daily, weekly on activities, problems found, and measures taken
• Writing, editing and filling in procedures, reports and check sheets
