Manufacturing Process Engineer (Assembly)

We're looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer (Assembly) to join our team in Wroclaw, Poland. The role involves implementing advanced fitting technologies, working with cross-functional teams, and developing and validating processes.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Experience or understanding of assembly processes, torque tightening, and bonding technologies
• Knowledge of FMEA methodology and risk analysis
• Familiarity with adaptive control plans and process validation
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
