RAMS Engineer

Role Overview

As a RAMS Engineer, you will work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates to ensure the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) of Alstom's projects. You will contribute to the delivery of industry-leading mobility solutions and work closely with teams across the business.

What You Will Do

Perform RAMS analyses, produce related deliverables, assess product RAMS performance, and identify improvement opportunities. You will also address customer and independent party feedback and ensure compliance with Alstom's RAMS processes and instructions.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electro-mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline
• 8 years experience and understanding of RAMS analysis and demonstration methods
• Knowledge of rolling-stock engineering and validation processes
• Familiarity with technical documentation in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Structured and organized approach with a hands-on mindset
