Job Description
Alstom is seeking an Embedded Software Development Manager to lead the design and development of a new passenger counting solution. The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in Computer Science, 3-5 years of experience in software development, and expertise in Linux, C, C++, C#, and Python. The role involves specifying technical and functional requirements, defining IT solution architecture, and designing and developing software.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Computer Science from a school of Engineers or equivalent university degree
- 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing software and IT tools related to databases
- Comfortable in a Linux environment and mastery of several languages, including C, C++, C#, Python
- UML Methodology, Agile: Scrum, Kanban skills
- Databases: SQL, SGBD, Merise skills
- Web Technologies: backend services, frontend: JavaScript, HTML5 skills
- API REST or JSON design and development skills
- Operational level of English: oral/written
