SIG Senior Project Technical Manager (Philippines)

Alstom is seeking a SIG Senior Project Technical Manager to join their team in Manila, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical communications with customers and external stakeholders, managing the technical scope of the project, and ensuring customer acceptance of the project solution. The role requires a Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, 15+ years of professional experience in Engineering/Technical functions, and proficiency in the local language and English.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 15+ years of professional experience in Engineering / Technical functions.
• 10+ years of experience in Railway Signalling & Design.
• 8+ years of experience in Customer centric or customer facing role.
• Proficiency in the local language (same as the customer) and fluent in English.
• Strong commitment to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) in engineering works.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of configuration management and change control processes.
