Job Description
Call Center Member Service Specialist I receives incoming calls, chats, and responds to mail, providing direct support services to members and assisting with entering and reading applications. The role requires proficiency in answering incoming calls, determining member needs, and providing information about products and services. The specialist will also perform functions such as funds transfers, stop payments, and wire transfers, and provide assistance with enrollment and troubleshooting for Online Banking, Bill Pay, and E-Statement services.
Requirements
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Interpersonal skills, courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
- Efficient and accurate with calculator, computer, and ten key
