Capture Analyst

We're looking for a highly organized and analytical Capture Analyst to support Altarum's capture efforts across multiple divisions. The role will involve coordinating workflows, conducting market and competitive research, maintaining capture documentation and CRM data, and supporting pipeline visibility. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in capture, business development, or related functions, with a strong focus on organization, research, and coordination.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting capture, business development, proposal operations, growth operations, market research, or related functions
• Exposure to federal and/or state government contracting environments
• Experience working in public health, Health & Human Services, healthcare, or adjacent mission-focused sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams at the same time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and organize information clearly
