ALTEN México is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join a automotive project in Monterrey with extensive experience in MAG and Laser welding processes, strong knowledge in automotive standards, and ability to ensure quality of the process in high-volume manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the automotive industry as Quality Engineer or similar role.
- Technical expertise in MAG and Laser welding processes (essential).
- Experience working with Tier 1 automotive companies (desirable).
- English B2-C1 for global team communication.
- Knowledge of automotive regulations, root cause analysis, quality tools (8D, AMEF, Ishikawa).
- Previous experience in seat manufacturing is a plus.
