Stress Analysis Engineer

The ideal candidate will perform structural analysis of aerospace components and assemblies using classical hand calculations and finite element methods. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on aerospace stress analysis experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MSC NASTRAN and/or NX NASTRAN.
• Experience with FEA pre/post-processing tools.
• Working knowledge of composite and metallic failure criteria, buckling, crippling, joint analysis, and fatigue/damage tolerance methods.
• Strong written communication skills for formal stress report preparation.
