Software Development Specialist for Test Banks

Role Overview

ALTEN is recruiting a software development specialist for test banks to strengthen its defense pole. The specialist will design and develop test applications, develop and modify automated test sequences, and contribute to the development of embedded software and specific applications.

What You Will Do

Design and develop test applications, develop and modify automated test sequences, program scripts and analysis tools in Python, contribute to the development of embedded software and specific applications, participate in production testing, and ensure the interface between the Hardware team and the software pole.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in computer science and electronics, minimum 3 years of experience in embedded software and/or in an electronic environment, and technical skills in C or Python language, knowledge of test benches, expertise in embedded electronics, and good understanding of the V cycle.

Requirements

• Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science and electronics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded software and/or in an electronic environment
• Mastery of the C or Python language
• Knowledge of test benches
• Expertise in embedded electronics
• Good understanding of the V cycle
• Excellent writing skills
