Job Description
We are looking for a Service Management Coordinator to join our IT Service Management team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in bringing together technical and non-technical teams to define requirements, ensure SLA's and regulatory demands, and resolve escalated issues.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Experience with tools such as Grafana, Jira, Confluence, and Google Drive
- ITIL familiarity
- Basic troubleshooting skills in browser console
- Excellent value-driven/data-driven prioritization skills
