Job description
Altera is seeking a skilled Workday Contractor to support ongoing system enhancements, integrations, and workforce management needs. The individual will play a critical role in driving process improvements, maintaining data accuracy, and optimizing platform functionality across HR and Contingent Workforce systems.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM, support configuration updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting, and develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday HCM and VNDLY, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
