
Job description
The Associate Service Desk Analyst will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions. The role requires a good understanding of Windows 11 enterprise environment, office productivity tools, and ITIL framework. The analyst will work independently and as part of a team to ensure user satisfaction.
The main responsibilities of the role include attending IT service desk calls, providing technical support, creating knowledge articles, and monitoring infrastructure. The analyst will also work in a 24x7 environment.
The ideal candidate will have a logical frame of mind, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with international service desk and remote support tools, as well as knowledge of ITIL framework, is preferred.
