Procurement Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with 3-5 years of corporate experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with financial tracking tools, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to deal with the US team for sourcing and procurement.

What You Will Do

The Procurement Specialist will review and analyze purchase requisitions, quotations, and coordinate purchasing activities with all departments to acquire inventory in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Requirements

• Able to deal with US Team for sourcing and procurement
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in requisition & PO processing, supplier management
• Knowledge of use AI tools & application will be advantageous
• Experience with supplier diversity for US based teams will be good too
