
Job description
The Sr Technical Support Consultant will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, developing training content, and working with development teams and clients. The role requires strong analytical, research, and time-management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Document issues, explain application issues to development teams, develop training content, write and execute SQL, work on revenue cycle issues, patient accounting, and claims.
A successful candidate will be accountable, self-driven, and a fast learner with strong customer support skills and the ability to effectively deal with escalated customer concerns.
