
Job description
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides comprehensive skilled care as ordered by the attending physician within a specified geographical territory. The SLP educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient.
Provides skilled speech therapy, evaluates patient's level of functioning, develops individualized ST plan of care, and informs healthcare staff through certain phases of speech therapy.
Requires a current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, minimum of one year of experience as a SLP, and ability to effectively communicate and create positive impressions with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers.
