Role Overview

Join the cloud engines group at Alteryx and play a key role in building the core execution layer for all the applications in the Alteryx analytics cloud. Work with industry's best peers and leaders on scalable/distributed data processing systems and cloud technologies.

What You Will Do

Build deep knowledge and expertise of cloud-scale distributed data processing systems, propose and implement engineering discipline, write elegant code, design and build scalable data processing architectures, and lead large complexity features.

Requirements

• 4+ Years of software development experience in Java/Scala based stacks
• 2+ Experience working on scalable distributed systems
• Excellent communication skills
• 1+ Years of Experience working with cloud ecosystems
• Experience leading/mentoring junior engineers
• Knowledge of NodeJS is a strong plus
