Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning complex, high-visibility products, ideally in fintech, credit, or regulated environments.
- Ability to see the system and connect product vision to company strategy, financial outcomes, and user behavior.
- Execution-focused with a track record of delivering impact without compromising quality or compliance.
- Data-savvy with experience using data and insight to challenge assumptions, validate direction, and measure success.
