Risk Policy Lead

Amartha is a technology company that creates digital financial solutions for the grassroots economy. This role will be responsible for tracking the lending portfolio's performance, analyzing trends and risks, and providing insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in credit risk analytics, portfolio management, risk management, preferably within banking, multifinance or fintech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools e.g SQL, Phython, R, and advance Excel.
• Expertise in portfolio management handling lending portfolio in retail lending. Both consumer and productive lending is a plus.
