Risk Policy Lead

Amartha is a technology company that creates digital financial solutions for the grassroots economy. The Risk Policy Lead will track the lending portfolio's performance, analyze trends and risks, and provide insights to stakeholders on portfolio health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in credit risk analytics, portfolio management, risk management, preferably within banking, multifinance or fintech
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools e.g SQL, Phython, R, and advance Excel
• Expertise in portfolio management handling lending portfolio in retail lending
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
