Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting, hands-on experience with NetSuite, and a proven track record managing bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience with NetSuite (preferred)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Proven experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and intercompany accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
