Our Tour Ambassadors are responsible for creating the ultimate experience for our fans at Mercedes-Benz Stadium by providing exceptional customer service, engaging with visitors, and facilitating a safe and effective tour experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to Mercedes-Benz Stadium visitors
• Maintain a professional image and pleasant demeanor
• Be knowledgeable about all parts of the facility that are on the tour route
• Ensure safety of all visitors
