As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage both national and international customer requests, focusing on technical inquiries, help-desk support, organize site visits, project assistance, urgent breakdowns, and post-delivery complaints.
Requirements
- Handle and monitor the progress of service requests
- Schedule, prepare, and coordinate service visits
- Organize preventive machine maintenance
- Implement product improvements after service visits
- Ensure timely material supply on-site
- Schedule service visits with customers and support technicians during visits
- Close service requests, managing financial, logistical, and commercial aspects
- Revise material lists after machine modifications based on customer requests
- Provide written feedback to involved parties
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and R&D on product improvements
- Maintain customer data in the CRM system
