Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, healthcare economics, law, or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in restructuring consulting, restructuring, or M&A environment, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Funded knowledge in financial analysis, balance structure, liquidity management
- Experience with due diligence processes and company valuations
- Strong communication skills and self-confidence in multidimensional stakeholder management
- Leadership responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, clear communication, and the willingness to contribute to decisions
- Flexibility and travel readiness within Germany
