Property Manager

Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of the real property asset, including managing property occupancy, negotiating leases, and maintaining the premises.

Requirements

• One to two years related experience and/or training preferred
• Experience in LIHTC property management required
• Associates degree (A.A.) from a vocational school, college or university or job related experience preferred
• Valid State Issued Drivers License, Apartment Managers License when required by State Law, and Real Estate License when required by State Law
