Line Operator

The Line Operator is responsible for the direct supervision of the assigned production lines and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping.

Requirements

• interpretation of and adherence to production work orders
• maintenance of thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment
• reporting of process and equipment problems
• training of production assistants
• organization of work for smooth operations
• assurance of order set-ups, product quality checks, and equipment set-ups
• ensuring scrap goals on assigned lines
• assistance of Maintenance Technicians during breakdowns
• reporting of malfunctions or unsafe working conditions
• understanding and participation in the company's EHS policy, goals, and objectives
