The Line Operator is responsible for the direct supervision of the assigned production lines and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping.
Requirements

- reporting of process and equipment problems

- organization of work for smooth operations
- assurance of order set-ups, product quality checks, and equipment set-ups
- ensuring scrap goals on assigned lines
- assistance of Maintenance Technicians during breakdowns
- reporting of malfunctions or unsafe working conditions
- understanding and participation in the company's EHS policy, goals, and objectives
