Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic position at Amcor, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant production machinery, support equipment, building, and other systems. Requires 5 years of maintenance technician experience, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Requirements

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains plant production machinery, support equipment, building, and other systems
• Receives and performs job assignments through work orders, sketches, PM schedules, blueprints or verbal instructions
• Responds to emergency requests for repairs/replacements
• Installs, modifies and relocates machinery and equipment
• Requisitions and secures materials, tools, and supplies needed for assignments
