As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant production machinery, support equipment, building systems, and other site infrastructure to ensure optimal operating conditions and maximize plant productivity. You will also support equipment upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and other assigned maintenance or capital projects as required.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and plant systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment and utilities.
- Respond to emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Install, modify, fabricate, and relocate machinery and facility systems using multi-craft maintenance skills.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Operate shop equipment and use hand, power, and diagnostic tools safely and effectively.
- Document work, requisition materials, and maintain maintenance records.
- Follow all environmental, safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements.
