Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Maintenance Department and its employees, promoting safe work habits, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and goals. The role also involves supervising and assisting in scheduling repairs, recommending employee training needs, and maintaining records and reports. Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Promote and ensure safe work habits

• Supervise and assist in scheduling repair and improvement of production and non-production equipment
• Supervise department personnel
• Recommend and/or implement preventative maintenance programs and improvement modifications for plant equipment and facilities
