Diagnoses and resolves processing related problems on molding cells. Warrants the best compliance at all times for all molding processes to their established standard across the factory.
Requirements
- Proficient in Scientific Injection Molding principles.
- Experience with problem solving methodologies.
- Troubleshooting and processing experience.
- Experience using basic injection molding measurement instruments (Weigh Scale, Calipers, Pyrometer, etc.).
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience operating a sit down forklift.
- Experience using an overhead crane for mold installation.
- Experience training technical employees.
