Production Operator

Role Overview

Responsible for operation of extrusion equipment, ensuring product quality, safety, and productivity standards. Works in a team environment to meet production and product requirements.

What You Will Do

Performs quality checks, makes boxes and waxes cores, ensures raw material levels, and assists with changeovers and set-up tasks. Accurately completes and records production data.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires ability to lift up to 80 pounds, understand written and verbal instructions, and safely operate heavy equipment. Must be able to stand for 12 hours per shift and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Trained in PVC manufacturing procedures
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to properly use a tape measure and calculator
• Ability to safely operate, maintain and perform minor adjustments on heavy equipment
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with others
