Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This position is ideal for someone eager to make a direct impact by generating new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Proactively identify and research potential customers and launch outbound campaigns to engage with new prospects
• Initiate first contact and hold discovery conversations to understand prospects’ business needs, challenges, and buying potential
• Qualify leads and pass promising opportunities to the rest of the Sales Team
• Schedule high-quality appointments and demos for the sales team
• Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new prospects
• Accurately log activities, maintain lead information, and track performance metrics in our CRM system
• Stay on top of industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor movements
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging, share prospect feedback, and continuously refine outreach strategies
