Job description
A Deliberate Plans Analyst will provide program administration, operational planning, research, and analysis support to the U.S. INDO-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, independently achieving objectives, and supporting the J3 directorate with research and analysis of operational plans, programs, and policies.
The Deliberate Plans Analyst will provide process methodology and analysis, conduct research, prepare planning products, and assist with production and implementation of comprehensive, long-term, fully integrated Department of Defense (DoD) strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in military operations, compartmented activities, and senior military staff, with excellent written and oral communications, organizational knowledge management, and joint planning and oversight process skills.
