
Job description
The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager oversees and manages operational, maintenance, and repair activities of global life support services. The position ensures the optimal functioning of facilities by implementing effective management systems and processes.
The O&M Manager will provide leadership and guidance to O&M teams, receive and manage work requests, develop and execute Preventive Maintenance programs, and maintain and prioritize schedules for OM&R and PM programs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a leadership role supporting global life support services, familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
