
Job description
This job is a member of the Global Sales team, driving change in the industry to bring customers more modern and rewarding ways to shop, book and fly on AA. The role requires up to 75% travel across a 4-5 country region. Candidates MUST be located in Guatemala or Costa Rica.
Develop and execute value-based sales strategies, partner with key accounts, analyze data and customer needs, and coordinate programs to increase revenue and improve revenue quality.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis or other airline commercial teams, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
