Job Description
The Human Resources Associate is responsible for supporting the operational role of Human Resources in various areas including talent acquisition, onboarding, administration of policies and procedures, benefits/payroll administration, employee relations and development, compensation, health, safety, and security.
Requirements
- 4 year degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong foundational knowledge of all HR areas
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
