Ndee Bah Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor/Clinician

The Ndee Bah Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical supervision to behavioral health professionals, technicians, and paraprofessionals, and provides direct counseling services. They analyze outpatient service needs, establish clinical practice policy, and manage adult outpatient programs in the White Mountain Apache Tribe. They work closely with clients' care teams to integrate physical and behavioral health services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology
• Valid Arizona license to practice at the independent level in social work, professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology
• Minimum 5 years’ experience providing mental health services with 1 year clinical supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, treatment planning and interventions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational and time management skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
