Associate, Finance - Payroll

The Associate, Finance - Payroll position supports the payroll department's day-to-day functions, including end-to-end payroll process, data collection, and validation. Responsibilities include reconciling payroll data with HR records and finance systems, monitoring leave and vacation accruals, and ensuring accurate calculations of mandatory deductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• One or more years of experience
• Professional certification preferred
• Knowledge of data privacy and security principles
• Solid understanding of Brazilian Labor Law (CLT) and current tax regulations
• Proficiency with localized Brazilian payroll/HR systems and MS Excel
• Capacity to analyze, interpret, and report payroll data
