Studies Weekly is seeking an Account Manager to join their remote team. The role involves supporting new and existing business, achieving territory retention and growth, and implementing curriculum solutions.
Requirements
- Meet and exceed assigned territory goals and performance expectations
- Partner closely with Account Executive(s) or Regional Manager(s) to manage renewals, expansion opportunities, and new business generation
- Maintain a clean and accurate CRM (HubSpot)
- Schedule and coordinate demos, presentations, meetings, and follow-up activities
- Support sales trip planning, conference coordination, and territory logistics
- Generate and support new business leads through referrals, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including calls, meetings, deals, and pipeline activity
- Maintain deep knowledge of assigned territory accounts, products, initiatives, and timelines
- Suggest and support strategies to improve territory growth and sales performance
