Role Overview

The Human Resources Generalist will administer and execute human resource programs, facilitate recruitment processes, conduct new hire onboarding, and ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• High attention to detail, with outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
