Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support a high-volume service center that assists customers across Life and Annuity products. This role is based on site in League City, Texas and plays a key part in delivering accurate, compliant, and compassionate service to our policyholders and authorized parties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in insurance, banking, finance, retail, food service, or other fast-paced service environments
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Comfort using multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office tools
