American Road Group is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Fit Specialist for their Orlando Harley-Davidson dealership. The role focuses on customer service, selecting motorcycles, managing transactions, and providing a positive experience. Training provided for those without prior sales experience. This is a commission-based position.

Requirements

• Motorcycle License Endorsement or ability to obtain a motorcycle license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and driven.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Ability to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
