Job Description
American Road Group is seeking a Rider Education Coach for Wildcat Harley-Davidson in London, KY. The role involves providing instruction, assisting Rider Education students, and maintaining motorcycle endorsement requirements. This part-time/contract position requires a passion for mentoring and ensuring riders’ safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Current certifications by Harley-Davidson Motor Company (Harley-Davidson Riding Academy) and Motorcycle Ohio Rider Education Safety Foundation.
- Knowledge and experience with Sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and/or motor vehicles sold by a dealership.
- CPR and First Aid Certified.
- Current motorcycle license.
- Own or operate a motorcycle on a regular and frequent basis.
- Ability to remain composed in crisis situations.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Ability to lift training motorcycles.
- Ability to balance and push a 400+ lb. motorcycle.
