Database Administrator

Role Overview

A Federal Law Enforcement agency is seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Database Administrator to support its global Information Technology (IT) operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring fast, secure, and reliable access to authoritative data sources that directly enable agency’s strategic and security missions.

What You Will Do

Develop a proficient knowledge of data available in organizational databases and data repositories. Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, and system security administration. Optimize and tune SQL and/or Oracle databases to ensure application performance and high availability.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with code migration, database change management, and data management
• At least two (2) years of specialized experience related to the assigned tasks (e.g., Oracle, SQL, Erwin Data Modeler)
• Security+ (or equivalent) certification
